YF Chino Hills Fence Builder provides residential and commercial fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services in Chino Hills, CA and surrounding communities. Services are provided subject to the terms of a separate written proposal or contract issued to the customer for each project.
Information on the Site about our services, pricing, timelines, and availability is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee. Actual scope, pricing, and scheduling are determined through direct consultation and a written estimate.
Written estimates provided by YF Chino Hills Fence Builder are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit. Changes in scope, site conditions, or materials after an estimate is issued may result in a revised quote before work begins.
Verbal price quotes are not binding. Only written estimates signed by an authorized representative of YF Chino Hills Fence Builder constitute a binding proposal. Prices are subject to change if work is not scheduled within the estimate validity period.
Project start dates are estimates and are subject to weather, permitting delays, material availability, and prior project completions. We will communicate any significant changes to your schedule as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials already purchased or work already performed. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written project agreement.
Payment terms for each project are specified in the written proposal or contract. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as specified in your project agreement.
Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as permitted by California law. YF Chino Hills Fence Builder reserves the right to place a mechanics lien on the property for unpaid balances related to labor and materials, in accordance with California lien law.
Where required, YF Chino Hills Fence Builder will obtain applicable permits as part of the project. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized in the estimate. The customer is responsible for providing accurate property information, including lot lines, HOA requirements, and any easements or restrictions that may affect the project.
If the customer requests work without required permits, or provides inaccurate property information that results in a code violation or required rework, YF Chino Hills Fence Builder will not be liable for resulting fines, delays, or additional costs.
YF Chino Hills Fence Builder warrants that work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be stated in your written project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature (including but not limited to high winds, flooding, or earthquake), vandalism, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Materials are subject to the warranty terms of their respective manufacturers. We do not extend any additional warranty on materials beyond what the manufacturer provides.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YF Chino Hills Fence Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or the use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Site.
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to YF Chino Hills Fence Builder and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
In the event of a dispute arising from our services or these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction as described below.
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
